Attraverso il contatto telefonico o scritto possiamo offrire un’immagine di noi stessi e dell’azienda che rappresentiamo.

Tale forma di comunicazione in lingua straniera, senza un contatto visivo, può rappresentare una grande sfida!

Grazie all’ approccio comunicativo del corso di Telephoning and E-mailing di Hallo! Servizi Linguistici, acquisirai gli strumenti necessari per migliorare le tue competenze linguistiche al telefono e/o scrivendo un’E-mail.

  I contenuti del corso ti permetteranno di migliorare le tue abilità nel:

  •  rispondere al telefono e alle richieste di informazioni
  • effettuare una chiamata, chiedendo della persona desiderata e/o informazioni
  • chiarire o verificare un’informazione
  • organizzare un meeting o un appuntamento
  • lasciare o annotare un messaggio
  • scrivere un’E-mail presentando se stessi ed il proprio lavoro
  • scrivere nello stile formale ed informale
  • dare e offrire informazioni e/o suggerimenti
  • risolvere problematiche connesse alla propria attività lavorativa

 I contenuti del corso saranno svolti attraverso:

  • ascolti
  • role-play e simulazioni
  • attività interattive utili e basate sulla vostra realtà aziendale

I corsi si svolgeranno dal 13 settembre al 6 ottobre, ogni lunedì e mercoledì dalle 18-20

Livelli*: Pre-Intermediate e Intermediate

* il livello di ciascun partecipante verrà verificato attraverso il nostro test di valutazione

 Modalità:

  • 5 sessioni da 2 ore dedicate a Telephoning
  • 3 sessioni da 2 ore riservate a E-Mailing
  • 4 ore di Project Work

per un tot. di 20 ore
