Our Strong Points
Why choose Hallo! Servizi linguistici as your language training partner?
How is each training program developed?
At the beginning we must get to know our Client better, collecting all information regarding the Company, which is necessary to understand Its training requirements and to propose exactly what it is the company needs.
Evaluation of the linguistic competence and the training goals of each participant is of maximum importance for us. A good initial evaluation allows us to create homogeneous groups from the point of view of language knowledge as well as training interest. We do this with a written evaluation and an oral interview with our Didactic Director.
Basing ourselves on the “training characteristics” of the Client, the course is then handed over to one of the teachers of our Staff. All of our teachers are professionals and are selected with great accuracy and seriousness. The choice of the teacher for the course is based on professional training and experience in the sector, while also considering the relational aspect with the student.
The didactic program used is based on a mix of information gathered in cooperation with the Company as well as with the help of the course participants. In this first phase of planning, the teaching material is not yet chosen.
The first lesson is fundamental in assuring the homogeneity of the group. The Didactic Director and the teacher evaluate the choice of teaching material which is best suited to the needs of the participants.
During the course the Company and the Student are constantly updated about progress made and the program which is being carried out. In the middle of the course a Progress Report is written, which communicates the progress of the course.
At the end of the course a Final Report is written which describes the program carried out and the linguistic skills acquired by the student. In addition, the students are asked to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program.
