WHAT IS THE APERITIF TIME?

The Aperitif Time is a conversation hour in ENGLISH with teachers who work here at Hallo!

It’s a good opportunity to improve your English and have fun. Each week a specific topic is chosen by one of our teachers and discussed in the classroom. This is exactly what makes our “language Aperitif” different from a regular aperitif – it’s not just a “chat” among friends, where some are silent and only the “strong” speakers express themselves. We’d like to keep the light-hearted and fun spirit of the aperitif alive, without the “stress” of a typical lesson. At the same time, however, we want to offer our students structured conversation hours, held by teachers who give each and every participant the opportunity to express him or herself. The teacher is the mediator of the course and corrects the students if and when necessary.  

WHO IS THE APERITIF TIME FOR?

Anyone who:

is already attending a course, not necessarily an English course, and wants to improve his/her conversation skills
has little time and cannot attend a regular long term course
wants to spend an hour speaking and practicing English in a fun and useful way

WHEN?

Every Friday from 7-8pm, from November to May.

COST

Aperitif Time is FREE for all our students!

For everyone else the cost of an hour is 10 € , 5 hours 40 €

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

All you have to do is ring or write before every Friday’s Aperitif Time (by Thursday evening – max. 10 participants).
